Driving around today looking at all the land I have to trap I am ready for the season to begin.
Have some more traps to prep but October 19th can not get here soon enough.

Im planning to look around today..we had frost here 2 mornings in a row(marinette county) and it gets ya fired up forsure.I drew a fisher and otter tag this year so a little xtra incentive to check things out.good luck with the site and happy trapping!

I got an otter and fisher tag also. Don't have Fisher down here so will be taking a lot of extended weekend trips north with hopes of filling it.

Nate- where are you from? Are you sure you don't have any fisher? I know of 5 that either I saw or a trusted friend saw last fall in Waushara Cty. When I brought it up to a warden last spring in conversation he said that's pretty common do have plenty of fisher and people never know they are here.

Fisher are pretty common in the northern part of Wisconsin but I am Southeastern Wisconsin just south of Milwaukee.

There is a lot of fisher up here, I let a nice female go last year and my brother and I both filled our tags the year before. Neither of us got fisher tags this year but I did get my otter tag!
All my traps are ready to go, I want to trap so bad!
